At home in Komitoj
Komito itself is the epitome of privacy, nestled into its private hilltop peninsula just over a kilometre from the nearest house. You’re surrounded by views across Odyssyus’ Aegean, with Sifnos, Serifos and Kithnos to the south and east, and Tinos, Delos and Mykonos from the hills behind.
Bedrooms are located in the Central Villa, the Cliff Villa, and the Pool Villa; high above is the hilltop Studio Mirador, with a terrace and a 270-degree view of the sea, the adjacent islands and the estate.
The Central Villa has four bedrooms; the Cliff Villa and Pool Villa have two bedrooms each. Most bedrooms have a sea view. All bathrooms are en suite with showers and toilets; some also have bathtubs and/or bidets.
All bedrooms have double beds, though some beds are larger than others. Also, many double beds can be split into two singles on request. Two additional occasional bedrooms can be made available should you need extra lodging.
These spacious, gracious rooms are distributed throughout three-four separate buildings, ideal for organizing easy Grecian retreats for larger groups, families and events. Each lodging is unique, and each of the villa buildings and individual rooms has its own special charm.
The Central Villab
The Central Villa has four separate en suite bedrooms. Beds are queen or twin. All baths have shower, two also have bidet. Two bedrooms in the Central Villa have sea view.
The Cliff Villaw
has two en suite double bedrooms, fronted by a private terrace directly overlooking Komito’s Aegean cove.
The Pool Villal
has two more en suite double bedrooms with spectacular views and private, shaded sitting areas overlooking both the pool and the sea.

- The Komito Estate is nestled into the hillside of a uniquely-positioned peninsula along the southwest coast of Syros.
- Guests are free to descend for a swim in Komito’s private sea cove, or lounge around the infinity pool with its singularly spectacular views across the sea.
- Your stay is fully catered: meals are served in the airy dining room, villa terraces, a spacious pergola and banquet terraces, all framed by the lush bougainvillea and oleander that permeate the grounds.
- There is free, private parking on the estate; transfer services to and around town are provided at no additional cost. There is a helipad on the estate; helicopter transport can be arranged.
- Bedrooms are furnished with all linens, beach towels, safes, hair dryers, and bath products.
- Laundry and ironing services are provided at no cost, just let the staff know what you need.
- Wifi is available in the Central Villa, 4g data signals are available throughout the grounds.

Availability and Reservationsa
Komito is ideal for groups seeking a catered retreat. We have hosted writers’ groups, yoga groups, large reunions of family and friends—and of course, joyous weddings.
The entire estate is available for rent by the week for fully-catered stays from April through October; rates vary for weekly estate rental depending on the season. In addition, you may reserve individual Komito rooms from November through March.
