Komito is a historic private estate set on a secluded hilltop peninsula on the southwest coast of Syros, surrounded by sweeping Aegean views, with Sifnos, Serifos, Kythnos, Paros, Delos, Mykonos, and Tinos rising from the horizon.

Built in traditional Cycladic style, Komito welcomes up to sixteen guests across three distinct buildings, including the Central, Cliff, and Pool Villas. Combining generous space, understated comfort, and fully catered hospitality, Komito is your home away from home, ideal for family gatherings, retreats, workshops, and special celebrations.

Each residence has its own character, private terraces, and sea views, yet all share understated elegance, with curated interiors of antique furnishings, original art, natural linens, and selected books.

Our team are on hand throughout your stay, with fully catered meals served in the airy dining room, on villa terraces, beneath the pergola, or on banquet terraces framed by bougainvillea and oleander. Komito is designed for comfort, serenity, and a close connection to island life.
